History

Fujian Kings Fluoride Industry Co., Ltd. is registered in Huitan Village, Jiangkou Town, Jianyang District, Nanping City, Fujian Province, and its production and operation place is in the water tail of Tongyou Street, Jianyang District. It is mainly engaged in the processing and sales of fluorite mineral products and industrial ammonium bifluoride Ah, the production and sales of industrial hydrofluoric acid, etc., are a local core enterprise and an outstanding tax contribution unit. The company’s predecessor was Fujian Jianyang Fluorite Development Co., Ltd., which was founded in July 1984. At that time, the company name was Jiangkou Township Fluorite Mine, Jianyang County. Yang Fluorite Development Co., Ltd. is a county-level state-owned enterprise.

According to government requirements, the company was restructured at the end of 2001 and was acquired as a whole by Hangzhou Jinshi Industrial Company. The newly established enterprise was Fujian Jianyang Jinshi Fluorine Industry Co., Ltd. in October 2001.
 

In April 2007, the shareholders and equity were changed and operated by Sinochem Shanghai Co., Ltd.; in March 2011, the shareholders and equity were changed and operated by China New Technology Holdings;
 

Since December 2014, it has been controlled and operated by Zhongchen Mining Co., Ltd., Jianyang District, Nanping City, Fujian Province, a private enterprise.
